Did I scare you with the headline? Thought so! Don’t worry, I am not quitting bacon for good and I will still post up yummy bacon-licious recipe’s over time on the other part of the blog but let’s just say that my current lifestyle is not very compatible with the delicious goodness that is bacon.
For the past few months, I have been eating to support my training, lose weight and well, missing all the good stuff. I have been eating for nutritional value and was averaging what people would call a balanced “looking and tasting” meal once a week. I have decided to dedicate this new section of my blog to healthy cooking be it either full meals, or just appetizers you can serve to friends without going pigs in a blanket route and healthy eat-out alternatives in ottawa. Let’s face it, for anyone trying to eat healthy, eating out has serious challenges~
Stay tune, I think this might just be a neat little foodie adventure, be patient as I put it all together, won’t be tonight though since I am hoping to head out on an evening run shortly!!
